It is good that this guy has shown this, as it is a form of a wake up call to all of those that think they are secure. Anyone can track us and so forth, and laws are not sufficient to keep people from tracking you. What is needed is more secure systems so that people can't break in and track them. The reason I say laws are not a good approach is that someone in a foreign country can also track us and steal from us without any reproach.
