The younger generation seems to have the need to look at one another for confirmation and have no original thought their own. It's fine not liking something but to constantly insult it the way the punk kids do just shows what's wrong with their generation. You can't seem to respectfully to simple question if they like it or not. Instead they have to laugh and belittle the good essentially trying to pass themselves as "authentic" Chinese. The only one of the young people I disliked was the gray shirt guy. The whole point of this video was to hear people's opinions, so they were totally within their rights to dislike the food. Plus I think young Asian-Americans are simultaneously more assertive and more sensitive to racism, which leads to many having a chip on their shoulders about this kind of thing. But gray shirt guy lost me as soon as he snarked at the girl for enjoying the food. It's just a joke but was still annoying.
Panda Express can't cook white rice. That's my one and only defining criticism. If y'all can't make white rice, why would I trust you with more complex dishes?

Notice that the older folks in the video actually give the food a fair test. They like some of it, or at least have a good reason for not liking specific items. The young people just seem to hate everything. Worse, they believe that Americans think Panda is authentic Chinese food. We don't. It's an Americanized, commercial version of a very limited selection of Chinese foods.
I'm also kind of curious where they found these kids. They seem pretty Americanized. They speak, clear, West Coast English, using references that identify them as being fairly conversant with American culture. What rock were they hiding under that they have never encountered Panda Express? That aspect of the video seems fake.
The food from Panda Express that they are serving isn’t necessarily what Chinese people would eat, it’s kind of changed into what Americans like better. There are some crucial things that should be changed

It’s normal for Chinese to have different opinions toward Panda. Most of my friends are ok with it. Some love it and some hate it. For me, the Fried rice and Kungpao Chicken are definitely big no. Others are fine, and the chow mein is actually pretty good.
I likes to eat Subway instead of Panda. They put too much oil when cooking it. And nothing taste like the real Chinese food back home😂
